RAC: A Look In the Mirror
Learn to address operational issues that impact RAC
During pre-emptive preparation, this provider found that many of its own internal processes drove the incorrect assignment of patient status. Multiple departments, in their effort to improve efficiencies, created many of the challenges encountered during the internal audit process. The goal of this presentation is to have the participants benefit from our internal experience and work proactively within their organizations to address similar operational issues that we encountered. Covered topics include:
Patricia L. Metzger, BSN, MSA, FAACM, FABC | System Executive, Care Management | MemorialHermann Healthcare System | Pat Metzger is a registered nuse with over 30 years experience and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
