Oliver Bell is the CEO of Oliver J. Bell & Associates that specializes in union vulnerability assessments, preventive labor relations, union avoidance, and collective bargaining support. Mr. Bell has been involved in hundreds of labor scenarios. He specializes in leadership coaching and employee persuasion. Bell & Associates has consistently achieved client campaign goals if engaged 4 weeks or more.
Outside of consulting, Mr. Bell is the Chairman of the Texas Board of Criminal Justice. This board has oversight authority of the $3 Billion, 38,000-employee Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Mr. Bell sits on six subcommittees and chairs the Board’s Human Resources and Education sub-committees. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the West Point Society of Central Texas, and the Research Advisory Group at the Wharton School of Business.
