Pre-Meeting Presentation
The managed care committee of the Gulf Coast Chapter of HFMA is hosting a one hour presentation entitled “Latest Trends in Prompt Pay Law” open to all HFMA members on April 16, 2010, from 10:30-11:30 am, just prior to the regular HFMA meeting. Scott Nichols, health care attorney with the firm Strasburger, will update us on the latest trends impacting both providers and payors related to prompt payment of claims. There will be time for questions and answers as well.

This session qualifies for one hour of CPE and will be held in the FRIO room at Methodist Hospital. There are no prerequisites to attend, and we encourage all to come for a timely and interesting discussion!
