for 2008-09 Chapter Sponsors!
HFMA Texas Gulf Coast Chapter Sponsors who are current for the 2008/2009 Membership Year are entitled to a complimentary table.
38 6-ft exhibit tables are available for the Revenue Cycle Conference.
Additional Exhibit Space Available to Non-Sponsors
Space is available to companies that are not current Chapter sponsors at $1,250 each.
This is a table-top program.
There is no divided display space. Each exhibitor will receive a 6 ft. draped table and two chairs.
- Gold Chapter Sponsors receive 3 complimentary registrations for the Meeting.
- Silver Chapter Sponsors receive 2 complimentary registrations.
- All other exhibitors receive 1 complimentary Meeting registration.
- All Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the Meeting Program, on the Chapter website, and will be provided with an advance registration list.

Because there is minimal space between tables, all displays must either fit on top of a 6 ft. table or be no wider than 8 feet. Electrical outlets are available, however, you should bring your own extension cords as necessary.
