Current HFMA Texas Gulf Coast Chapter or Texas Statewide Sponsors are entitled to complimentary exhibit tables.
Up to 24 six-ft exhibit tables are available for the February conference on a first-come, first-served basis. Table are complimentary, however exhibitors must register and pay for the conference.

All Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the Meeting Program, on the Chapter website, and will be provided with an advance registration list.
This event includes a special wine-tasting reception on Thursday evening featuring a selection of fine wines and snacks.

This is a table-top program.
There is no divided display space. Each exhibitor will receive a 6 ft. draped table and two chairs. Select your exhibit space using the on-line form.
Because there is minimal space between tables, all displays must either fit on top of a 6 ft. table or be no wider than 8 feet. The exhibit hall is carpeted. If you need electricity, we recommend that you bring an appropriate extension cord of at least 25'.
